In light of the new flu outbreak we want to ensure our customers that we will be maintaining our high standards of hygiene and putting into place additional precautions.
All of our food servers hold food hygiene certificates and will be further briefed on additional precautions that can be applied to services individually.
Equipment will all be cleaned with disinfectants that kill both bacteria and viruses, in-between events and where appropriate during service.
in addition to our usual catering hygiene practices: Where equipment is hired such as pick and mix stands, Arcade Games and activities that guests will touch. Disinfectant sprays / wipes will be left with the client or used by our staff on site so that scoops, buttons, handles, equipment etc can be cleaned during the event.
New signage will be made available advising hand washing along with the usual allergen displays.
For services requiring cutlery these will be handed to clients with napkins rather than being in baskets for them to pick up themselves.
Staff will be taking hourly breaks to repeat hand washing with soap and water and apply fresh gloves where appropriate.
Condiments and sauces will either be applied by staff or continually wiped with disinfectants during the event.
Any staff showing symptoms of any illness or have any known connection to a confirmed case will not be sent to your event
