What is Aperol Spritz?

Also known as Spritz Veneziano, the ingredients are Prosecco and Aperol with a splash of soda water. 

Served with Ice and an Orange Wedge.  Usually served in a tumbler but we can go a bit more fancy with the glassware if required.

Aperol originated in Venice Italy.
